The Kovalska Industrial and Construction Group entered the top ten most reliable developers in the country according to the version Dengi.ua.
The editorial board based the rating on the following criteria:
- age of the construction company;
- number of implemented facilities;
- number of facilities under construction;
- the average lag time of commissioning of residential complexes;
- presence or absence of conflicts;
- transparency of the developer.
The Kovalska Industrial and Construction Group received one of the highest scores among 44 developers in Ukraine that carry out their activities for not less than 5 years.
The Kovalska group has a history dating back to 1956. The development direction has been represented in the group since 2002. Since then, the Kovalska group has successfully sold 26 residential properties. Another 230.5 thousand sq. meters are currently under construction.
In 2020, the group entered the market of office real estate as a professional player, became a co-investor in the UNIT.CITY innovation park and began construction of the NUVO Business Park together with the KDD company.

“Last year we completely completed the frames of the DOCK32 and Crystal Park Tower residential complexes. The Rusanivska Harbor was completed and the territory was landscaped, in addition, we proceeded with the work in buildings 22–25 and 30 in this location that were not completed by the Zhytloinvestbud-UKB.
In general, last year was one of the best for us as developers. The portfolio of projects has tripled compared to 2018. If we used to build two objects at the same time, by the end of 2020, we did it at seven locations. We fulfilled the plan of real estate sales in October, and by the end of the year, we managed to exceed it by 16 %.
This year we are going to put into the following complexes residential residential complexes into operation — DOCK32, Crystal Park Tower, and Rusanivska Harbor (buildings No. 18–21 and No. 29). In January, we announced the start of a new housing project — a two-section building 31Z on the Drahomanova street.
We also intend to hand over campuses B04 and B06 in the UNIT.CITY in advance. Moreover, we start another big project — the NUVO business park: we will start active work on the construction site in March.
In general, in real estate sales, we set a goal is to increase last year's figure by 21 % in 2021"
