Possibility to try their luck is given to all persons. But not everyone dares to take risks to win, because he thinks that he is not lucky.
However, 27 daredevils who have already bought apartments in the"Dynasty" Residential Complex are of completely opposite view. They believed in winning and have become participators of the unprecedented drawing of apartment at the cost of 1 million UAH.
And so, on 17 March 2017, during the official lottery the name of the fate favorite became known – it was Andrii Nesvietiey who won an apartment in "Dynasty" Residential Complex.
Confusion and shock of the newfound winner was hard not to notice, but he still commented on his win:
"I never in my life won anything. But this time I decided to try my luck with "Kovalska" company, which gave me the opportunity and proved that it can be trusted. All my friends doubted that such drawings are true. But now I am convinced that everything in life happens – it is necessary to believe in miracles."
His wife, Liudmyla, who came to support her husband, and actually initiated the apartment purchase, added:
"For our family it is a magnificent gift and totally unexpected. There are many proposals on the real estate market. But we were choosing using criteria – quality, reliability, location. In our opinion, it is the most important, and "Kovalska" corresponds to our desire."
Participants were entertained by famous illusionist Roman Bondarchuk, who gave an impressive show program.
The guests were pleased with easy, positive atmosphere, as well as guests had the opportunity to get acquainted with future neighbors and talk with representatives of the developer.
