The draw arranged by Kovalska ICG, was held on 20 January in the central office of the Company. All participants were buyers of apartments in "Dynasty" Residential Complex, who bought dwelling from the start of the action and were able to come to the event in person.
Irina Retunska was the winner of the first draw of 2 square meters of living space under unprecedented action "Two apartments for the price of one."
"I was lucky that not all investors were present (smiling). This greatly increased my chances of winning. I recently became a mother and have made an investment in the future of my child. I referred to the drawing with skepticism. And now I believe it is practicable to win not just square meters of living space, but the apartment, as well," the happy winner shared her impressions.
Guests enjoyed a pleasant evening atmosphere and refreshments. Also they promised to try necessarily their luck in the next draw – on February 3, when 4 square meters will be raffled.

We remind that on February 3 and 17 all participants will have the opportunity to win additional 4 and 6 square meters of living space in "Dynasty" Residential Complex.
And in March 2017 there will be held a draw of the main prize – an apartment of 49 square meters, which will be participated by all investors with contract dates from 12/19/2016 to 02/28/2017, including the winners of the previous three promotional draws.
