On January 11, 2018 the organisers of REALT GOLDEN KEY-2017 announced the winners in the field of real estate construction, who received golden keys in the “People’s Trust” category.
This was the first national real estate awards, where the TOP-10 trusted builders were recognised by independent online voting. This list includes such well-known companies as: UDP, Ukrbud, KAN Development, Kovalska Real Estate, Energopol-Ukraine, Geos, TMM and others.
According to the Internet portal REALT.UA, which initiated the competition, the people’s jury included more than 3,000 respondents. They evaluated 107 new-built residential complexes in Kyiv and its suburbs from 51 developers. The winners were awarded 24 keys of people’s trust in 8 nominations.
In the main nominations, the best new buildings were determined according to economy, comfort, business and premium classes. In the low-cost segment of housing, three residential complexes won both on the left and right banks of Kyiv. The first prizes — Varshavskyi Mikrorayon and the Parkovi Ozera Residential Complex. The winners among the prestigious dwellings are exclusively those that are located on the right bank. The first prizes were awarded to the Residential Complexes Novopecherski Lypky and Tetris Hall.
In the additional nominations, the following important characteristics for a potential buyer were assessed: architecture, infrastructure, quality-to-price ratio. Among the winners there were three suburban residential complexes (Chayka Residential Complex, Pokrovskyi Residential Complex, Continent Residential Complex), and three ones both on the left and right banks of Kyiv.
The first awards went to the RIVERSTONE Residential Complex (architecture), Comfort Town Residential Complex (infrastructure), Akadem Park Residential Complex (quality-to-price ratio).
The winners in the “Builder, Worthy of People’s Trust” category were developers with many years of construction experience and a significant amount of built residential properties. The keys of people’s trust were received by:

3. Stolitsa Group
As noted by the organisers of REALT GOLDEN KEY-2017, the contest was completely fair, and the people’s jury was active and responsible. The keys could not be bought, so the rewards were rightly deserved.
